Alpen is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, energetic, and supportive person to join our Sales team! We are located in beautiful Louisville, Colorado, which is 10 minutes southeast of Boulder.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Estimating, quoting, selling and educating customers for new projects
  • Distributing and logging incoming leads
  • Sales Administration and Data Entry
  • Helping field, and distribute incoming phone calls

  • Ability to leverage organizational skills to help manage multiple phases of the sales process, including collecting funds, such as deposits, and communicating information to the customer throughout the sales process
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple project team members as well as other project stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to surpass goals and can dust yourself off after a set-back

Experience and Education Requirements Preferred:

  • High school diploma, and at least two years of post-high school education
  • Experience in effectively communicating with homeowners, architects and general contractors
  • Experience in working with a sales organization, specifically in manufacturing
  • Proficient with use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (experience with Paradigm Window Software is and additional plus!)

Compensation will be structured at a base pay of $45,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, with the ability to earn $20-25k in commissions.
